The combined system will be implemented as the Generation Control System (GCS) upgrade for Meridian Energy Limited of New Zealand. · Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro Expands Vista Use in OperationsNewfoundland and Labrador Hydro (NLH) has contracted Synexus Global to implement the ST Vista module for short-term hourly operational scheduling, as well as Inflow Vista for operational inflow forecasting. · Volta River Authority Awards Contract to Synexus GlobalThe Volta River Authority (VRA) of Ghana, West Africa has awarded a contract to Synexus Global to provide a “Generation Strategy Study for the Akosombo and Kpong Generation Station”, including an installation of LT Vista and ST Vista. · Lower Churchill River StudiesSynexus Global has completed factory acceptance testing and site installation of a fully configured AUTO Vista module to Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro (NLH), as part of the development studies associated with the Lower Churchill River project. · Wind Integration in Nova ScotiaThe Nova Scotia Department of Energy enlisted Hatch Ltd. with Synexus Global support, to identify the impacts of incremental wind power generation in Nova Scotia on system reliability, overall system costs, greenhouse gases and other air emissions reductions and to provide support in the development of renewable-to-retail market design. · Facility Upgrade Studies Underway at Mighty River PowerSynexus Global has been contracted to modify unit performance curves for MRP hydro generating units, based on recently completed unit tests, and to assist MRP analysts in unit upgrade AUTO Vista studies. · 2008 User Group MeetingThe Vista User Group Meeting will be held on Friday, September 12, 2008 at the Residence Inn , Lloyd’s Center, in Portland, Oregon. In addition, a special AUTO Vista Roundtable will be offered free of charge on Thursday, Sept. 11. See the attached agenda for both days. · Southern California Edison Uses Vista for MarketingSynexus Global is extending the capabilities of Vista to meet the new requirements of Southern California Edison (SCE), to prepare for the Market Redesign and Technology Upgrade (MRTU). · LT Vista EnhancementsSeveral significant enhancements have been completed for LT Vista, and will be included in our next major release, expected in September, 2008. · Hydro Vision 2008We exhibited at Hydrovision 2008 in Sacramento, July 16 and 17.
