(SGI) to implement the Vista Decision Support System. · Pilot Application underway at Seattle City LightA pilot application has been undertaken for SCL, in which the company’s generation and contract resources have been modeled, and schedules over both the long-term and short-term are developed, to assist in scheduling issues. In addition, a benefits evaluation has been completed to quantify likely benefits of a Vista implementation. · New FunctionalityA number of new features have been added to Vista as follows; · Inflow Forecast for Hetch Hetchy Water and PowerSynexus Global Inc. is adding inflow forecasting functionality for the two key watersheds, to the existing Vista implementation. · Blowin’ in the Wind…Synexus Global Inc. is nearing completion of an extensive and comprehensive study conducted together with Manitoba Hydro, on the interaction of wind generation and hydro generation in Manitoba. · Licensing Studies at Idaho PowerIdaho Power is in the process of using AUTO Vista to assess a number of operations scenarios. · 2005 User Group MeetingThe 2005 User Group Meeting will be held in the Seattle/Tacoma area of Washington State this year in mid-September. More details to come soon on location and date… · Waterpower XIV in Austin , TexasSynexus Global will be present at the conference this summer, and will have a booth in the exhibit area. Four papers will also be presented on Vista applications.
