On September 30, 2003 Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) gave Synexus Global their Site Acceptance Test Certificate for completion of Vista functionality.

Brian Kuepper, the Columbia Vista Project Manager at BPA writes; “I am pleased to report that the Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) phase for the CV ST functionality is complete. Richard Allen (SGI) has completed the necessary variance work related to the ST simulator. Richard successfully demonstrated the ST simulator functionality. The completion of this milestone keeps the CV project on schedule. This milestone was a big one. This effort is the culmination of 5 months of rigorous effort by the CV Team (including the CV I.T. Team) and by the SGI staff. The SAT effort included 5 iterations and hundreds of tests.”
